System alert notifications
EQUINOX Messenger automatically notifies the responsible users about system alarms and events, without them needing to be in front of the operation screen.
Notifications can be configured based on the alarm group, the event’s criticality and the recipient user, making sure an important alert never goes unnoticed.
It complements the other notification channels available in EQUINOX, such as sending alerts through Telegram.
